Independent Business Networking
proNet Business Networking is an independent business networking organisation based in West Yorkshire in the UK, that is run by business owners for business owners who are enthusiastic about and value the concept of, business networking as a means of promoting their business activities.
Currently proNet runs three regular fortnightly breakfast networking groups in West Yorkshire; one in Bradford, one in the Spen Valley Area (between Huddersfield and Wakefield) and one in Halifax.
proNet is not a franchise nor does it answer to a larger group or brand; instead proNet is a trading style of Solutions Accountancy and Bookkeeping Ltd, headed by Vicky Engodan and Internet consultant Jaimie Dobson.
Both Vicky and Jaimie are successful small company owners in their own right with several years experience of running their own businesses under their belts.
proNet’s Philosophy
proNet’s philosophy is simple.
- Create an environment in its meetings that is both productive, informative and enjoyable for its members.
- Listen to what our members have to say and adapt accordingly.
- Recycle profits back into proNet for the benefit of each member.

So whilst proNet is a membership based networking organisation that does charge a membership fee; members may feel safe in the knowledge that their membership fees genuinely go towards the running and marketing costs of each group and to compensate people for the time they spend in running proNet.
Membership Fees
proNet is a membership based business networking organisation that likes to keep it’s membership fees simple and flexible.
No Long Term Commitments
So here’s the deal;
- You can attend any proNet breakfast networking meeting at any location twice as a guest for just £10 on the door.
- Afterwards, we will invite you to apply for membership for a particular group.
- Upon joining, you’ll be asked to pay a low, one off joining fee of £50 to cover the cost of your initial training and thereafter a monthly membership fee of £25 on a rolling monthly contract. This is payable by Standing Order direct from your bank and may be cancelled at anytime without penalty.
Your business is the only one of its type allowed in the group of which have exclusivity. As such you’ll have no competition in your group of choice and you can visit other proNet groups as you wish for a £10 on the door fee, so long as your business category doesn’t conflict with an existing member of the group you visit.
Remember
- Your membership is on a rolling monthly contract, you’re not committed to a lengthy membership period and may cancel at any time without penalty.
- You can attend any other proNet group as a visitor as often as you wish.
- There’s no pressure to attend every meeting and you’re not targeted to bring referrals.
- Meetings run fortnightly which gives you chance to draw breath before the next meeting.
- You won’t be asked for any large upfront membership or set-up fees.
- Membership fees are not subject to VAT as proNet is not registered for VAT. So the fees you see above are what you pay.
Your membership commences as soon as we receive your joining fee and confirmation that your monthly standing order has been set-up.
